Service Description

GifNeo provides free, browser-based GIF tools including conversion, compression, resizing, cropping, and editing. All processing occurs locally in your browser — no server-side file processing is involved.

Usage Rights

You may use GifNeo for personal and commercial purposes. You retain full ownership and rights to all files you process using our tools.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the website's functionality
Use automated tools to access the service in ways that exceed reasonable usage
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the website's code for malicious purposes
Use the service for any illegal activities

Intellectual Property

The GifNeo website design, branding, and original code are owned by GifNeo. The processing libraries used (gifuct-js, gif.js, JSZip) are open-source and subject to their respective licenses. You own all output files you generate.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GifNeo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results from our tools.

Limitation of Liability

GifNeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Since all processing happens in your browser and we never access your files, our liability is inherently limited.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
